Dump Truck Driver

Sellenriek Construction is hiring a Dump Truck Driver to support daily hauling and trucking operations out of our Jonesburg, MO location. This role is responsible for safely operating dump trucks, hauling materials to and from job sites, completing daily inspections and paperwork, and working around construction crews, equipment, yards, and active jobsites. Responsibilities Safely operate dump trucks for local hauling and jobsite deliveries Haul dirt, rock, gravel, asphalt, debris, equipment, and other materials Follow dispatch instructions, assigned routes, DOT regulations, and company safety policies Load, haul, dump, unload, back up, and maneuver safely in active work areas Complete daily pre-trip/post-trip inspections, logs, tickets, DVIRs, and required paperwork Report equipment issues, maintenance needs, damage, or safety concerns Keep truck clean, organized, and in good working condition Communicate professionally with supervisors, dispatch, crews, and customers Help with basic yard or jobsite support when driving duties are covered Qualifications Valid Class A CDL required Dump truck, hauling, trucking, or construction driving experience preferred Comfortable driving in construction zones, yards, jobsites, and tight-access areas Comfortable backing, dumping, and operating around crews, traffic, and equipment Able to follow DOT requirements, safety policies, and dispatch instructions Reliable, punctual, safety-minded, and able to work independently Able to pass required pre-employment screening Schedule & Work Environment Typical schedule may include up to 10-hour workdays Local hauling, jobsite deliveries, yard work, and construction support Outdoor work in varying weather conditions Work around heavy equipment, traffic, dirt, rock, crews, and active jobsites
