Crew Leader/Driver E&J Clean Outs Moving & Storage Saint Charles, MO Job Details Full-time $23 - $25 an hour 7 hours ago Qualifications Customer communication Driver's License Full Job Description About Us E&J Clean Outs, Moving & Storage is a locally owned moving, cleanout, and portable storage company serving the St. Charles and St. Louis area. We run professional, on-time jobs and treat our customers right — and we're growing fast. What You'll Be Doing Driving our box truck or truck-and-trailer setup safely to and from job sites Leading a small crew on residential and commercial moves and cleanouts Loading, unloading, and protecting customer belongings with care Calling the shots on-site — pace, safety, and customer communication Pre/post-trip vehicle and equipment checks Keeping the office looped in on job status and any issues What We're Looking For Valid driver's license with a clean MVR (required — this will be verified) Real experience driving a box truck or pulling a trailer — not just "I've driven big stuff before" Comfortable backing up and maneuvering a trailer in tight spaces Previous moving, logistics, or crew lead experience strongly preferred Physically able to lift 50-75 lbs repeatedly, all day Reliable — if you're on the schedule, you're there Leads by example without needing to be micromanaged Pay & Schedule Competitive pay based on experience, plus tips Weekday, weekend, and on-call shifts available Real path to growth as we expand We consider all applicants, including those with prior criminal records.
