Qualifications CDL A Full Job Description Pay & Bonuses:

Weekly earnings $2,000 - $3,000+ (based on miles & activity) Paid on all miles the truck runs (your miles + student miles) Base CPM + $0.10 CPM mentor pay $0.04 CPM productivity bonus $500 bonus at 10K safe miles (per student) $300 bonus at 20K safe miles (per student)

Schedule:

OTR runs with structured mentor program (approx. 10-11 days) Option to run solo between students

Job Details:

Train and mentor new CDL-A drivers Consistent miles with priority dispatch Structured program with clear expectations Paid training program ($850 completion pay)
