We are looking a customer oriented person to manage vending routes. Brown Vending is family owned and operated with a long history in Mississippi. Great benefit package.
Responsibilities:
include the following, other duties may be assigned Providing customer satisfaction by stocking machines properly and keeping machines neat and clean. Taking inventory on vending machines as scheduled and taking weekly truck inventory. Loading truck at the end of each day for next day delivery. Collect money from machines and turning collections in according to Route Schedule. Report to supervisor any information that will help with customer relationships. Using handheld unit when servicing each machine and making sure that all information is entered correctly. This would include but not necessary be limited to inventory, refunds, product changes, price changes. Responsible for minor repairs and maintenance of all types of vending machines. Provide good customer service to each customer and maintain a good relationship with customer contact for each location assigned. Any other duties as assigned or requested by Route Supervisor, Operations Manager, or President. Will require a Class D license upon hire. Previous route delivery, customer service or sales experience a plus.
