Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and experienced Commercial Driver's License (CDL) A Truck Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating semi trucks to deliver logs and forestry products efficiently and reliably across various routes. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your driving skills, manage load & unload operations, and contribute to our company's reputation for excellence in forestry transportation. Duties Safely operate tractor-trailers and commercial trucks Operate semi trucks and trailers hauling wood in extreme environments. Dirt roads, wet ground, uneven environments etc. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to verify vehicle safety and compliance with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations Communicate effectively with dispatchers Adhere to all traffic laws, safety procedures, and company policies during route driving Requirements Some experience in truck driving with a valid CDL A license and a clean driving record Must be 25 y/o minimum for insurance requirements. Experience hauling wood or chips recommended Work well with numerous other drivers Excellent driving skills with a focus on safety, efficiency, and customer service Familiarity with DOT regulations and compliance standards for commercial driving Physical ability to handle heavy loads and perform vehicle inspections regularly Join us as a CDL A Truck Driver and become an essential part of our logistics team!
