Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Truck Driver to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently while providing excellent customer service. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, attention to detail, and the ability to handle heavy lifting and moving tasks. Duties Operate commercial vehicles to transport goods to various locations. Ensure that all loads are secured properly before transport. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance with regulations. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including mileage, fuel usage, and delivery confirmations. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients during deliveries. Requirements Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) is required. Experience in commercial driving with a clean driving record. Ability to perform heavy lifting and moving tasks as required by the job. Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients. Previous experience as a intermodal driver, van driver or courier is a plus. Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.
