We are seeking to immediately hire a motivated and responsible Commercial Driver's License (CDL). In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating a variety of trucks and heavy-duty vehicles to transport materials, equipment efficiently in and around the Flathead Valley. Your expertise will ensure timely deliveries, proper load handling, and adherence to safety regulations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your driving skills while contributing to the smooth operation of our logistics network. Responsibilities Safely operate a range of commercial vehicles including boom truck, side dump, dump trucks, flatbeds, and tractor-trailers with manual transmissions. Load and unload materials using mechanical knowledge and appropriate equipment. Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with transportation regulations. Drive efficiently along assigned routes, adhering to traffic laws and company policies to ensure on-time deliveries. Maintain accurate delivery logs, vehicle inspection reports, and other documentation required for compliance purposes. Skills Proven experience in commercial driving with a valid CDL license; familiarity with manual transmission vehicles is essential. Mechanical knowledge to perform basic troubleshooting and vehicle maintenance checks. Experience operating various truck types including front loader, rear loader, roll-off, dump trucks, flatbeds, and tractor-trailers. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely when loading or unloading cargo. Strong understanding of load securing techniques and safety protocols for heavy equipment handling. Excellent driving skills with a focus on safety, efficiency, and adherence to traffic regulations. Clean driving record.
