Propane Delivery Driver Pay:

We are currently seeking a dependable, safety-minded Propane Delivery Driver to join our Energy Division based in Worden, Montana . Position Summary The Propane Delivery Driver is responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of propane to residential, commercial, agricultural, and industrial customers. This position requires a strong commitment to safety, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. This is a full-time, hourly union position reporting directly to the Energy Director, Valerie Gabel. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Safely operate a propane delivery truck and related equipment. Deliver propane to residential, commercial, agricultural, and industrial customers. Conduct visual safety inspections of company and customer equipment prior to dispensing product. Respond to and complete out-of-gas service calls. Maintain accurate delivery records and required documentation. Follow all company policies and procedures, as well as OSHA, DOT, state, and federal regulations. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe vehicle and work environment. Provide professional, courteous, and responsive customer service. Assist with other Energy Department duties and equipment operation as needed. Qualifications Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent, or a combination of education and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the job successfully. Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL). CDL Tanker and Hazardous Materials endorsements (required upon hire if not currently held). Ability to obtain and maintain required DOT qualifications. Ability to pass a DOT physical, background check, and pre-employment drug screening. Friendly, helpful, and team-oriented mindset. Strong commitment to safety and safe work practices. Dependable, reliable, and self-motivated. Ability to read maps and follow verbal and written instructions. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull at least 60 pounds. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Preferred Qualifications Previous propane, fuel, or petroleum delivery experience. Experience operating commercial vehicles for a DOT-regulated employer.
