Minimum Age of 21 Clean MVR No Suspensions/Revocations for More than 30 Days During the 36-Month Period Prior to the Date of Hire No DUI in the Past 3 Years No More Than 4 Moving Violations in the Past 36 Months No More Than 2 at Fault Accidents in a Commercial or Personal Vehicle Must Meet FMCSA Requirements
