TITLE:

Truck Driver

REPORTS TO

Logistics Manager

BASIC FUNCTION

Responsible for operating tractor-trailer combination to transport and deliver products or materials in loose or packaged form. Must follow all company, state and federal guidelines concerning the operation of a tractor-trailer combination.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Operate tractor-trailer combination for customer delivery, plant raw material pickups and customer back hauls. Unload material as necessary. 2. Monitor equipment to spot potential maintenance problems and safety hazards. Seek corrective action as necessary with maintenance contractor or Materials Team Leader. 3. Professional in all dealings with SEC, customers and the general public. Protect and enhance the image of SEC/Coca-Cola. 4. Operates equipment in conformity with all rules and procedures as established by SEC and state and federal agencies. 5. Maintain and complete all records and paperwork as required by SEC and state and federal agencies. 6. Perform other duties as requested by the Logistics Manager 7. At least 21 years of age A minimum of 2 years CMV driving experience is required Possess/Maintain valid CDL "Class A" license/NC Drivers License Must pass DOT physical, drug & alcohol screening Safe MVR driving record Willing Compliance & Strict adherence to

DOT, FMCSA, OSHA & SEC

Safety policies at all times Ability to safely connect/disconnect bulk resin tanker to assigned silo Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend & climb for extended periods of time

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience operating bulk pneumatic tankers Knowledge of air systems, blowers & hoses for bulk unloading Familiarity with resin, pellet, flake, or reprocessed plastic materials
