If you're an experienced OTR driver ready to step into flatbed-or a flatbed pro looking for a company that does it right-COTC delivers. Regional Driver (CDL-A) Job Overview Pay that keeps building. Top drivers earn up to $127,000 per year, starting at a 60CPM base with up to 4CPM in performance incentives on top. The more consistent you are, the more your paycheck reflects it.

      Home every other weekend. This is a regional role with a consistent reset schedule - get home every 2 weeks so you can plan your life around something predictable.
