By specializing in 100 percent no-touch freight, we maximize your clock and keep your wheels turning. Whether you are a seasoned road professional or a recent CDL-A graduate looking for a reliable company to call home, we have immediate lane availability to launch or advance your career. Financial Package and Training Experienced driver pay averages between $1,200 and $1,400 every week. New grad transition program features a paid 4-6 week road mentorship at $650 weekly. Extra cash incentives include $300 for orientation and $15 per additional stop. Full corporate benefits kick in on day 31, covering comprehensive medical, dental, vision, 401k with company match, and accrued PTO. Equipment and Road Lifestyle Our operators drive late-model, meticulously maintained commercial trucks. Bring your loved ones or pets along with rider and pet policies active right after training graduation. Expect high volume with an average of 2,500 consistent miles every single week. Work a stable bi-weekly schedule of 14 days on the road followed by 2 full days of home time. Take your pick between flexible day or night driving shifts based on your preference. Driver Qualifications Active Class A Commercial Driver's License and a minimum age of 21. Certificate of completion from a certified CDL school with at least 120 hours. Solid, verifiable employment history and background. Clean safety record with no major violations or DUIs within the last 60 months.
