Job Description:
We are seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Associate/Driver to support daily warehouse operations, facility maintenance, and local deliveries. This position requires a self-starter who can work independently, safely operate company vehicles and trailers, assist with warehouse and facility tasks, and support plant operations as needed. The ideal candidate will have experience with material handling, forklift operation, trailer towing, and general maintenance duties. Responsibilities Maintain and organize plant facilities, warehouse areas, and supply rooms Unload and load delivery trucks safely and efficiently Pick up and deliver equipment and materials using company vehicles and an 18-foot utility-style flatbed trailer Secure and strap loads safely for transport Assist plant technicians with production and maintenance-related duties Support supply room and front office operations as needed Complete required paperwork accurately and efficiently Anticipate operational needs and provide assistance proactively Maintain cleanliness and appearance of company vehicles, both inside and out Perform facility maintenance and general handyman tasks as needed Work safely while lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and handling materials up to 40 pounds or more Operate safely in various weather and driving conditions Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding work progress and operational needs Support additional duties and cross-training opportunities as required by production demands Qualifications and Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) required Experience towing and maneuvering an 18-foot utility-style flatbed trailer required Experience securing and strapping loads safely and securely required Forklift experience required Manufacturing warehouse experience preferred Facility maintenance experience preferred General handyman experience preferred Ability to prioritize multiple projects and responsibilities simultaneously Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision Willingness to cross-train in other plant positions as needed Willingness to work overtime to meet production requirements Ability to lift 40 pounds or more and perform physically demanding tasks Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety Positive attitude, flexibility, and reliability required Benefits and Perks $17.00•18.00 per hour Medical Benefits Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401(k)
