Duties Respond swiftly to roadside assistance calls, assessing the situation accurately and determining the best course of action Provide on-the-spot repairs such as tire changes, battery jumps, lockouts, and minor mechanical fixes to get drivers back on the road quickly Operate and maintain roadside tools and equipment safely and efficiently Communicate clearly with customers, offering reassurance and professional guidance throughout the service process Document all service activities thoroughly, including vehicle details, services performed, and time logs Ensure compliance with safety protocols at all times during roadside interventions Collaborate with dispatch teams to prioritize calls and optimize response times for maximum efficiency Skills Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive attitude toward troubleshooting vehicle issues Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with diverse customers in stressful situations Ability to work independently while managing multiple roadside calls effectively Physical stamina to perform manual tasks such as lifting tires or equipment and working outdoors in various weather conditions Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; commercial driver's license (CDL) is a plus but not required Basic mechanical knowledge or experience working with automotive systems is preferred Commitment to safety standards and continuous learning to stay updated on roadside assistance techniques Embark on a rewarding career where your energy fuels positive experiences for drivers in need!
