In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for safely operating company vehicles while leading a crew to deliver exceptional landscape, lawn care, and horticultural services. Your leadership will ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to combine driving expertise with hands-on supervision, contributing to beautiful outdoor spaces and satisfied clients. Duties Safely operate company trucks and equipment to transport crew members and materials to job sites. Lead and supervise a team of landscape technicians, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and efficiently. Oversee landscape maintenance activities including gardening, lawn care, tree care, irrigation system installation and repair, and general horticultural tasks. Coordinate daily schedules, assign responsibilities, and monitor crew performance to meet project deadlines. Conduct site inspections to ensure safety protocols are followed and work quality meets company standards. Assist with hands-on landscaping tasks when necessary, including planting, trimming, pruning, and construction-related activities. Maintain equipment, tools, and vehicle logs; ensure all safety procedures are adhered to during operations. Skills Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, lawn care, or gardening with a strong understanding of horticulture principles. Supervising or leadership experience in outdoor maintenance or construction environments. Knowledge of tree care practices and irrigation systems installation or repair. Familiarity with construction processes related to outdoor projects. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively. Excellent driving skills with a valid driver's license; experience operating trucks or large equipment preferred.
