Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a 26' Box Truck OTR (Over-the-Road) Driver Non-CDL and become a vital part of our delivery operation! In this energetic role, you'll be responsible for safely operating a box truck to deliver goods across multiple locations, ensuring timely and professional service. Your expertise in driving, customer service, and warehouse handling will help us maintain our reputation for reliability and excellence. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your driving skills while engaging with customers and supporting efficient logistics. Duties Safely operate a 26-foot box truck on over-the-road routes, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations Load and unload cargo using manual lifting techniques, pallet jacks, or forklifts as needed Deliver goods to various customer locations promptly, providing excellent customer service at each stop Verify delivery paperwork, obtain signatures, and ensure accurate documentation of shipments Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after trips to maintain safety standards Maintain cleanliness and basic maintenance of the truck throughout the route Communicate effectively with dispatchers regarding route progress, delays, or issues that arise during deliveries Requirements Valid driver's license suitable for operating a box truck; non-CDL license accepted but must meet state requirements Proven experience as a delivery driver or courier, especially with box trucks or similar vehicles Strong customer service skills to interact professionally with clients during deliveries Warehouse experience including load & unload procedures, heavy lifting, and moving items safely Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles confidently Familiarity with route driving, load securing, and safety protocols for heavy lifting equipment like pallet jacks and forklifts Excellent driving record with a focus on safety and compliance with traffic laws Join us if you're motivated by delivering excellence!
