  Paid Training at your hire rate 0-6 month rate to start Mileage pay Hourly pay DOT Safety Inspection incentives: Quarterly Safety Bonus ($0.01 miles for each safe mile driven) Bonus per clean DOT inspection Incentive Pay, Backhauls, etc. Referral bonus (paid monthly for 6 months) Per Diems
