Lube Technician/CDL Truck Driver

FERRY, NC, is seeking a Lube Technician/CDL truck driver with Hazmat endorsement to fuel and lube equipment at various job sites throughout the day. A Class A or B CDL is required. Successful Lube Technician/CDL truck driver candidates must have a clean driving record, must be able to gain credentials for Camp Lejeune, and must pass a pre-employment drug test. Lube Technician/CDL Truck Driver Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following: Drive fuel/lube truck to various job sites and refueling heavy equipment Perform fluid checks and lube equipment Perform basic maintenance or solve problems with equipment on site Maintain MSDS sheets and inventory log in the truck Follow all safety procedures and traffic laws Maintain the truck in a clean and orderly manner and report any mechanical problems to maintenance personnel May be asked to haul dirt or aggregate in a flat bed or dump truck Other duties as assigned

Lube Technician/CDL Truck Driver Requirements:

Must have a Class A or B CDL Must have a good driving record Must have at least 2 years driving experience Must have ability to obtain credentials for Camp Lejeune General knowledge and understanding of NCDOT requirements, OSHA safety practices Basic mechanical knowledge of diesel engine equipment/trucks is a definite plus This Lube Technician/CDL Truck Driver position is performed outdoors in all weather. The candidate must be able to bend, squat, twist, pull, reach and use all senses. Must have ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
