Core Responsibilities Vehicle Operation:

Safely driving commercial vehicles, often over long distances, in various weather conditions, and through high traffic.

Safety Inspections:

Performing thorough pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections of tires, lights, brakes, and fuel to ensure equipment is in safe working order.

Cargo Management:

Loading, unloading, and securing freight using straps, chains, or binders to prevent damage.

Documentation & Compliance:

Maintaining accurate, up-to-date logs of hours-of-service (HOS), mileage, and fuel consumption to comply with Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) regulations.
