We are currently seeking motivated and dependable Over-the-Road (OTR) Drivers to join our growing team. If you're a self-starter with a strong work ethic and a passion for safe driving, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Operate commercial vehicles for extended periods (7-10 days over the road) Maintain accurate driving logs and adhere to DOT regulations Represent the company professionally and courteously Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections Ensure on-time delivery of freight across assigned routes
Requirements:
Must possess a valid driver's license Must be 25 years of age or older Clean driving and safety record Must meet and maintain DOT physical requirements (We can assist with obtaining a medical card if needed) Team-oriented mindset and strong communication skills Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision Availability for extended travel across multiple states Experience is preferred but not required
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive weekly pay ($700-$1,100 based on experience) Direct deposit every Friday Safety bonuses and incentives (up to $1,500 annually) Opportunity for growth and advancement within the company
