Monday•Friday, 8:00 AM•5:00 PM | Driver Support Role Magnum is hiring a Driver Success Coordinator to oversee the full driver experience from onboarding through day-to-day operations. This role serves as the primary point of contact for drivers on non-load-related needs while supporting driver engagement, compliance, communication, technology adoption, and operational continuity. The Driver Success Coordinator plays a critical role in helping drivers succeed while ensuring efficient coordination between drivers, planners, account representatives, payroll, maintenance, and leadership teams. What You'll Do Driver Experience & Support Serve as the primary point of contact for drivers regarding non-load-related questions and support Build strong driver relationships through proactive communication and regular check-ins Support a smooth onboarding transition for drivers following orientation Gather driver feedback and identify trends or opportunities for operational improvement Maintain ownership of driver support needs to reduce operational gaps and improve retention In-Cab Technology & Onboarding Support drivers with ISAAC systems, ELD platforms, tablets, and in-cab technology Troubleshoot technical issues remotely and coordinate advanced support when needed Reinforce proper system usage and compliance best practices Help drivers confidently navigate technology and workflow systems Driver Performance & Engagement Provide coaching and support to improve driver performance metrics Recognize and celebrate strong driver performance and engagement Maintain clear communication regarding company expectations and operational updates Payroll & Documentation Support Ensure driver paperwork and documentation are accurate and submitted on time Assist drivers with payroll questions and settlement statement clarification Work closely with Payroll and HR teams to resolve discrepancies quickly Verify trip details and workflow accuracy within the Transportation Management System (TMS) Safety & Compliance Promote and enforce compliance with DOT regulations and company policies Support a strong safety-first culture across the assigned fleet Asset & Maintenance Coordination Coordinate preventative maintenance scheduling around driver routes and hours of service Communicate with maintenance teams and drivers regarding equipment repairs and timelines Maintain visibility on equipment availability and utilization Cross-Functional Coordination Collaborate with planners, account managers, operations, payroll, maintenance, and leadership teams Balance driver experience and operational goals to support efficient freight movement and driver satisfaction This is a full-time position with a complete benefits package available, including: Health Insurance with HSA/FSA Options Company Paid Life Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan Paid Time Off (PTO) and Paid Holidays Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

We are seeking an experienced transportation professional with strong knowledge of leadership, training, and fleet operations.
Ideal candidates have:
Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills with the ability to motivate and engage drivers and team members In-depth knowledge of DOT regulations, FMCSA guidelines, hours-of-service compliance, safety standards, and transportation management systems (TMS) Experience developing, coordinating, and managing training programs in a fast-paced transportation environment Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining organization and operational efficiency Proficiency with transportation technology and training tools, including ELD systems Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to support operational and driver success Ability to work collaboratively with operations, safety, and leadership teams Strong understanding of fleet operations, driver management, and transportation processes Education & Experience Associate's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field preferred Minimum 1 year of experience in OTR operations, driver management, fleet management, logistics, and/or transportation training CDL or prior truck driving experience preferred Work Environment & Physical Requirements This position is performed in a combination of office, operational, and transportation environments, where employees regularly communicate with drivers, operations staff, and leadership teams. The role requires extended periods of sitting or standing, along with continuous communication and coordination throughout the day. Employees must be able to maintain organization and professionalism in a fast-paced environment, occasionally lift or carry up to 25 pounds, and travel as needed. Depending on the work setting, there may be exposure to environmental conditions such as noise, temperature variations, or workplace hazards.
