Job Description

Are you someone who enjoys being on the road and making a difference in people's lives? Northland PACE is looking for a reliable, compassionate Courtesy Driver to help safely transport our senior participants to and from our Day Center, medical appointments, and community events. This isn't just a driving job — you're a vital part of our care team !
What You'll Do:
Safely transport participants with care and respect Help seniors get in and out of vehicles with a smile Keep vehicles clean, safe, and ready to roll Be the eyes and ears on the road, reporting important updates to our tea Deliver more than rides•deliver peace of mind
What You Need:
High school diploma or GED Valid ND driver's license with a clean record A heart for helping others•especially older adults The ability to lift, assist, and work in all weather conditions Strong communication and people skills Bonus if you've worked with seniors before!
