Duties Operate tow trucks, including flatbed and traditional models, to recover disabled or damaged vehicles efficiently and safely Assess vehicle conditions using automotive diagnostics and mechanical knowledge to determine the best recovery approach Load, secure, and unload vehicles with precision, ensuring safety for all involved Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients during roadside assistance calls Manage conflict situations professionally when dealing with distressed vehicle owners or challenging scenarios Conduct routine inspections of tow trucks and equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance Assist with automotive repairs or mechanical troubleshooting when necessary, utilizing mechanic experience and automotive repair skills Requirements Valid
COMMERCIAL DRIVERS LICENSE
with a clean driving record and experience driving tow trucks or similar commercial vehicles Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in automotive diagnostics, repair, and manual transmissions Familiarity with light duty, flatbed & heavy duty tow trucks, and automotive load & unload procedures Proven ability to handle conflict management effectively in high-pressure situations Prior experience as a mechanic or in automotive diagnostics is highly desirable Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends as needed for roadside assistance demands Join us in delivering reliable roadside solutions while advancing your career in a fast-paced environment!
