POSITION SUMMARY

Auto Fuel Systems Operators monitor and control the BAT fuel box according to company's operating procedures to ensure all equipment on frac sites is fueled to maintain continuous frac operations.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Operate the BAT fuel or natural gas box according to company's operating procedures Inspections as required on BAT's equipment and hoses Provide basic maintenance on equipment as necessary Continuously check fuel levels of all equipment on site to ensure nothing runs out Report fuel levels and maintain communication with Dispatch as directed Rig up & rig down to prepare to start or at the completion of frac work Maintain accurate records Complete Job Safety Analysis (JSA) forms Participate in all on-site customer safety meetings Assist winch and transport drivers on location Provide excellent customer service to the customer Follow all safety procedures on site Always maintain a clean and tidy work area Wear all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Report concerns, defects, accidents, injuries, spills, incidents, or damages as directed Help around the Frac site with other duties such as wet hosing Sign in and out of vehicle in Samsara, daily completion of pre and post trip inspections Other duties and projects as assigned

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

Previous general laborer experience Previous experience with fueling and/or natural gas and general frac site operations preferred Mechanically inclined a plus Capable of managing time Able to identify and troubleshoot problems in a fast-paced environment Previous customer service experience preferred Ability to learn and apply new information Possess reliable transportation

Education:

High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)

Experience:

1-4 years of related or relevant general labor experience

Computer Skills:

Basic Certificates & Licenses:

Valid Driver License with acceptable driving history Completion of company and customer required safety training Completion of On-the-Job Training (OJT) Other requirements: Basic reading, writing, speaking, and math skills (Proficient in English) Pass drug test Able to drive vehicles during the daytime and nighttime hours - no restrictions on driver license Free from medication that could negatively impact ability to drive safely/work safely

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Auto Fuel Systems Operators generally work outside and may travel to different job sites each shift. Hours fluctuate and vary according to the market demand. No shift can be guaranteed, and long hours may be required. Shifts may begin at different hours of the day or evening. Work is completed in a cautious environment where there are hazards and temperature extremes. Jobs sites are typically located in very remote locations where urban conveniences may not be available. Auto Fuel Systems Operators must drive carefully (as needed), wear proper safety gear, follow all company and site safety rules, and be responsible. This is not only to protect the safety of the AFS Operator but for other workers, the community, and the environment.
