The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in automotive knowledge, along with excellent customer service skills. This role requires the ability to operate various types of tow trucks, including flatbed models, and manage the safe loading and unloading of vehicles. As a Tow Truck Driver, you will be responsible for providing roadside assistance, transporting vehicles, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective conflict management. Duties Operate tow trucks safely and efficiently, including flatbed and other types of towing equipment. Load and unload vehicles with care to prevent damage during transport. Provide exceptional customer service while interacting with clients in various situations. Manage conflicts effectively, ensuring a positive experience for customers even in stressful circumstances. Maintain accurate records of services performed and vehicle conditions. Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while on the road. Experience Proven experience in commercial driving desired. Strong mechanical knowledge is highly desirable. Familiarity with manual transmission vehicles is a plus. Previous experience as a tow truck driver or in a similar role is preferred but we are willing to train. Excellent conflict management skills to handle various customer interactions effectively. A commitment to safety and professionalism while driving and performing duties on the job.
