Midwest Regional, Home Every Weekend 65 CPM to Start Speak to a recruiter K&B Transportation has home every weekend positions in select upper Midwest locations. Our home weekend drivers run only Midwest lanes with no east or west coast and enjoy a solid starting wage of 65 CPM. Our drivers start at 65 CPM and earn $70,000 annually
