Job Description

About us Great North Woods Container Services is a dumpster rental business that provides dumpsters for rent to consumers, businesses, and organizations that need a temporary container for waste disposal. We offer a variety of dumpster sizes to accommodate different types and amounts of waste, from small residential projects to large commercial construction sites. The dumpsters are delivered to the customer's location and picked up when the rental period ends. Overall, the goal of a Great North Woods Container Services is to provide a reliable and convenient waste management solution with 5 star service. We are looking for an experienced driver (CDL preferred, but not required) to join our team.
Responsibilities:
As a driver, your responsibilities include: 1.
Transportation of the dumpster:
You are responsible for transporting the dumpster from one location to another. 2.
Delivery and pickup:
You must deliver the dumpster to the customer's location on time and pick it up when the rental period ends. This requires you to be punctual and have good organizational skills. 3.
Safety:
You must ensure that the dumpster is properly secured to your vehicle and that it is safe to transport. You must also be aware of potential hazards on the road and take appropriate safety measures. 4.
Customer service:
You may need to interact with customers to answer questions or provide instructions for proper use of the dumpster. You should be polite, professional, and helpful in your interactions with customers. 5.
Maintenance:
You are responsible for keeping the dumpster and truck in good working condition. This may involve cleaning the dumpster, inspecting the truck for any issues, and performing routine maintenance. 6.
Documentation:
You must maintain accurate records of deliveries, pickups, and any issues related to the dumpster or truck. This requires good organizational skills and attention to detail. Overall, as a driver, you play a crucial role in ensuring that waste is properly disposed of and that customers receive reliable and efficient waste management services.
Job Type:

$25.00 - $27.00 per hour Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
