Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and experienced Tri-Axle Dump Truck Driver to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will operate a tri-axle dump truck to transport and deliver materials across construction sites, ensuring timely and safe delivery of aggregates, dirt, gravel, and other bulk materials. Your expertise will help keep projects on schedule while maintaining the highest safety standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with heavy equipment and contribute directly to large-scale construction operations. Responsibilities Safely operate a tri-axle dump truck to haul materials such as dirt, gravel, asphalt, and other construction aggregates. Snow Plowing in Winter with 6-Wheeler Conduct pre-trip inspections of the dump truck, checking mechanical components, brakes, lights, and fluid levels to ensure optimal performance. Load and unload materials efficiently at various construction sites, adhering to safety protocols and project specifications. Maintain accurate logs of deliveries, mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance records. Communicate effectively with site supervisors and team members to coordinate delivery schedules and address any operational issues. Assist with basic maintenance tasks on the truck and heavy equipment as needed, including minor repairs or reporting larger issues to maintenance personnel. Follow all safety guidelines related to heavy equipment operation, road rules, and construction site procedures to prevent accidents or injuries. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge of heavy trucks and related equipment. Proven experience in commercial driving with a valid CDL (Commercial Driver's License), preferably with endorsements for hauling construction materials. Familiarity with operating excavators, loaders, backhoes, graders, dozers, water trucks, horizontal drilling equipment, tankers, and paving machinery is highly desirable. Solid understanding of construction site safety protocols and procedures. Ability to operate Caterpillar heavy equipment safely and efficiently. Experience working on construction sites with knowledge of various machinery such as bulldozers, loaders, graders, and water trucks. Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and site managers. This role is vital for ensuring the smooth flow of materials across our projects while maintaining a safe working environment. Pay:
$25.00 - $33.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 - 60.0 per week
