vehicles to the Maintenance Manager Schedule and Take the car/van for annual inspection and registration, and any scheduled maintenance Be able to interact with staff and residents in a courteous and diplomatic manner under all circumstances Other duties as assigned, including but not limited to daily trash and recycling rounds, assisting with grounds maintenance, seasonal plantings, making sure that all entrances are kept clear and free of debris and tripping hazards, assisting maintenance staff with moving furniture or appliances as needed Ability to be flexible with daily schedule, as occasional evening and weekend transportation may be necessary
