Job Summary Operate heavy commercial vehicles over 26,000 lbs., including straight trucks, dump trucks, and delivery vehicles Transport goods, materials, or passengers safely and efficiently on local or regional routes Follow DOT regulations and company safety standards while ensuring timely deliveries and service Responsibilities Operate CDL Class B vehicles safely and professionally Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections Load and unload cargo or materials as required Navigate assigned local and regional delivery routes Maintain accurate driver logs and delivery documentation Follow DOT regulations, traffic laws, and company policies Communicate with dispatch regarding schedules, routes, and delivery updates Ensure cargo is secured properly during transportation Report vehicle maintenance and safety concerns promptly Provide professional customer service during deliveries or pickups Requirements Valid CDL Class B license Clean driving record Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety procedures Ability to lift and move materials when required Strong communication and time management skills Reliable and punctual Preferred Qualifications Previous commercial driving experience preferred Experience with delivery, dump truck, or straight truck operations preferred Familiarity with electronic logging devices (ELDs) a plus Local or regional route experience preferred Working Conditions Local and regional driving routes Frequent loading and unloading activities Outdoor work in varying weather conditions Extended periods of driving, standing, and lifting Daily interaction with customers, dispatch, and warehouse staff

Pay:

$22.00 - $25.00 per hour
