Professional Executive Driver Goldy's Car Service is seeking a reliable, professional, and customer-focused Executive Driver to join our growing team. We provide Airport Transportation, NYC Transportation, Corporate Travel, Special Events, Medical Appointments, Dinners, Sporting Events, and so much more ! Our drivers are the face of our company and play a major role in delivering exceptional customer service every day.

Drivers are expected to communicate promptly and professionally with both clients and our OverWatch Department and Dispatch Team. Keeping everyone informed of delays, traffic issues, schedule changes, client updates, and trip status is a critical part of this position. Safety always comes first. Drivers are never expected to text, email, or manually use their phones while operating a vehicle. All company vehicles are equipped with Bluetooth, and drivers are expected to connect their phones and utilize hands-free communication while working. Communication with clients and dispatch should always be timely, professional, and safe. Communication, communication, communication. If you are not comfortable communicating regularly with clients and our OverWatch dispatch team, this position is not the right fit. Strong communication skills are required. No exceptions. Responsibilities:
Safely transport clients to and from their destinations Arrive on time and provide outstanding customer service Arrive early and prepared for all assignments. Punctuality is essential, and our drivers are expected to be ready before scheduled pickup times Assist clients with luggage when needed Maintain a clean and professional vehicle Communicate effectively with clients, dispatch, and team members Follow Waze navigation and company procedures. Waze is the required navigation platform used by Goldy's Car Service. No exceptions ! Requirements:
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Professional appearance and attitude Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work early mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends Must be dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Experience in the transportation industry is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person Must successfully pass all required background and motor vehicle checks. Background checks are required for all applicants. No exceptions. Professional Standards:
Daily shower and good personal hygiene Professional, well-groomed appearance required Collared shirt required Khakis or clean jeans acceptable Clean sneakers are acceptable and must be neat, presentable, and in excellent condition No ripped clothing, no offensive clothing, and no T-shirts Positive attitude and a friendly smile While our dress code is business casual, we hold ourselves to the same professional standards, appearance expectations, and customer service levels as the finest executive transportation and black car companies. Professionalism, courtesy, and attention to detail are expected at all times.
