Non CDL Delivery Driver

Delivery Driver (Direct Hire | Union Position) Our Client offer one of the most extensive training programs in the industry — providing comprehensive knowledge of the brands we represent, sales and merchandising techniques, and full cross-training across all departments. This is a direct hire, non-exempt union position offering medical, dental, and pension benefits . Training will be provided to qualified candidates. Essential Responsibilities Prepare, load, unload, operate, and clean delivery truck while maintaining delivery records Inspect truck prior to operation — check overall condition, fluid levels, tire pressure, and compliance with safety/readability standards Safely deliver products by following assigned routes, operating delivery vehicle, unloading goods, and maintaining scheduled delivery times Provide excellent customer service and address or escalate any delivery-related concerns Maintain vehicle performance by completing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and arranging necessary repairs

Qualifications Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent

License:

Clean and valid Driver's License required Skills & Abilities Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to use GPS navigation devices and/or read maps Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
