Fairfield, NJ (Tri-State Area Routes) Overview Join a fast-paced and growing courier and logistics team as a CDL Class B Driver! In this role, you'll be responsible for making daily route deliveries throughout the tri-state and surrounding areas using flatbed and box trucks. We're looking for a reliable, safety-focused professional who thrives on the road and takes pride in delivering freight efficiently and on time. This role requires regular long-distance driving, flexibility for occasional overtime, and the ability to confidently navigate high-traffic areas in NYC's five boroughs. Key Responsibilities Safely operate Class B commercial vehicles (flatbed and box trucks) on assigned routes Deliver, load, and unload materials efficiently and securely Adhere to delivery schedules and ensure timely freight delivery Secure loads properly to prevent shifting or damage during transit Maintain accurate manifests, delivery logs, and proof of delivery (POD) Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report issues Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members Comply with all company policies, DOT, and FMCSA regulations Qualifications & Skills Valid CDL Class B license with a clean driving record Current DOT medical card required Proven commercial driving and route delivery experience Experience with flatbeds, box trucks, and load securing techniques Ability to operate safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols Good communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Forklift experience is a plus

Position Details Schedule:

Monday-Friday, core hours 5:30 AM - 1:30

PM Overtime:

May be required based on business needs

Travel:

Regular local and regional (tri-state area) routes and

NYC Compensation:

Competitive; based on experience

Pay:

$26.00 - $28.00 per hour
