CDL A REQUIRED FOR HEAVY DUTY

In this energetic role, you'll operate specialized tow trucks to safely transport vehicles, assist stranded motorists, and support fleet operations. Duties Safely operate tow trucks, including flatbed and traditional tow trucks, to recover and transport vehicles of various sizes and types Perform automotive diagnostics and basic repairs to assess vehicle condition before towing or during roadside assistance Load and unload vehicles efficiently using appropriate equipment such as forklifts or winches Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with clients, explaining procedures, and ensuring a positive experience Manage conflict situations professionally, resolving issues calmly while maintaining safety standards Conduct routine inspections of tow truck equipment and perform minor mechanical maintenance as needed Follow all safety protocols, traffic laws, and company policies during operations to ensure safety for yourself and others Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in automotive repair and diagnostics Proficiency in operating manual transmissions and understanding vehicle systems Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record for safe driving of tow trucks Hands-on experience with flatbed tow trucks, forklifts, and other heavy-duty equipment Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively under pressure Ability to load & unload vehicles efficiently while adhering to safety standards Conflict management skills to handle difficult situations professionally and calmly Join us as a Tow Truck Operator and be part of a fast-paced environment where your skills make an immediate impact!
