Company:
Vanguard Transit Enterprises LLC We are seeking a dependable and professional Regional Box Truck Driver to join our growing transportation company. This position primarily covers routes throughout New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, and Delaware. Most routes are under 500 miles. For longer-distance trips, hotel accommodations will be provided. ### Responsibilities
  • Safely operate a 16ft-24ft box truck
  • Complete pickups and deliveries in a timely and professional manner
  • Perform daily vehicle inspections and safety checks
  • Maintain communication regarding route status and deliveries
  • Follow DOT regulations and company procedures
  • Maintain accurate logs and delivery paperwork ### Requirements
  • Valid driver's license (Non-CDL acceptable if qualified)
  • Clean driving record and clear background
  • Minimum age of 21
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
  • Experience driving box trucks preferred
  • Ability to handle regional routes consistently
  • Ability to load/unload freight when required ### Compensation
  • Starting weekly pay: $800
  • 1,000 guaranteed
  • Additional percentage-based pay from gross load revenue
  • Performance and reliability bonuses
  • Hotel accommodations provided for extended routes
  • Consistent regional work with growth opportunity ### Route Coverage Regional routes primarily include:
  • New York
  • New Jersey
  • Pennsylvania
  • Connecticut
