In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating a box truck to deliver goods to various locations, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries. Duties Safely operate a box truck for local deliveries, route driving, and pick-up/drop-off tasks Load and unload cargo using manual lifting techniques, pallet jacks, or forklifts when necessary Ensure all deliveries are accurate and completed within scheduled timeframes Provide exceptional customer service by communicating professionally with clients upon delivery Conduct pre-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance with regulations Maintain detailed records of deliveries, routes, and mileage for reporting purposes Assist with warehouse activities such as moving inventory and organizing stock as needed Qualifications Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) or driver certification preferred but not required Proven experience as a delivery driver or courier, especially with box trucks or similar vehicles Strong knowledge of driving safety regulations and traffic laws Ability to lift heavy loads repeatedly and perform manual lifting tasks safely Experience with warehouse operations, including load & unload procedures and equipment like forklifts or pallet jacks Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude Familiarity with route planning and navigation tools for efficient driving routes Join us and become part of a dedicated team committed to delivering excellence!
