Overview We are seeking a highly experienced Tractor Trailer, Triaxle Driver with a strong background in CDL A operations to join our dynamic transportation team. As a key player in our logistics operations, you will be responsible for safely transporting goods across routes, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining the highest standards of safety and professionalism. Your five years of experience will be instrumental in navigating complex routes and managing diverse cargo loads efficiently. Responsibilities Operate tractor-trailer units with manual transmissions, including triaxle dump trucks, tractor-trailers, flatbeds, dump trailers and walking floor trailers, ensuring safe and efficient driving practices. Drive walking floor trailers, flatbeds, dump trucks, roll-off trucks, and other specialized freight vehicles as required. Manage route driving responsibilities, including planning optimal paths for timely deliveries while complying with all traffic laws and regulations. Handle freight securely during transit, ensuring proper load securing techniques to prevent damage or accidents. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections on vehicles to identify maintenance needs or safety issues. Maintain accurate documentation of deliveries, pickups, and vehicle logs; communicate effectively with dispatch teams regarding route updates or issues. Qualifications Minimum of five years of professional truck driving experience with a valid CDL A license. Proven expertise operating manual transmission tractor-trailers with a focus on safety and efficiency. Experience driving walking floor trailers, flatbeds, triaxle dump trucks, and roll-off trucks preferred. Strong knowledge of freight handling including load & unload procedures across various cargo types. Ability to navigate route driving efficiently while adhering to delivery schedules. Excellent driving record with a commitment to safety standards and regulatory compliance.
