We service primarily the following events: School Functions Corporate Events Birthday Parties Block Parties Weddings Responsibilities Safely operate the ice cream truck along designated routes, adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations. Manage daily route planning to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring timely deliveries. Engage with customers in a friendly and energetic manner, taking orders and providing product recommendations. Handle cash and electronic payments accurately, including pricing adjustments and change management. Conduct routine maintenance checks on the truck to ensure it remains clean, well-stocked, and in optimal working condition. Restock inventory as needed, organize merchandise attractively, and perform heavy lifting when loading supplies or products. Maintain organized records of sales, inventory levels, and route logs for operational efficiency. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding route updates or customer feedback. Skills Proven experience in commercial driving with a valid driver's license; familiarity with route driving preferred. Strong math skills for handling pricing, change, and sales transactions accurately. Excellent customer service skills to create positive interactions with diverse audiences. Effective communication skills for clear route directions and engaging conversations with customers. Ability to upsell products confidently while maintaining a friendly demeanor. Organizational skills to manage inventory, route schedules, and daily reports efficiently. Physical strength for heavy lifting tasks involved in loading and unloading supplies or merchandise. Knowledge of merchandising techniques to display products appealingly on the truck.
