CDL Class A Driver (On-Call/Fill-in) - AM or PM Solo Runs - FedEx Linehaul

We are looking for an on-call driver able to do morning or night runs from Woodbridge, NJ. the largest and busiest FedEx Terminal in the country. FLEXIBILITY

We offer over the road, regional and home nightly (local) opportunities. We are a fast growing contractor for FedEx Ground and are in immediate need of Class A, safe and reliable, truck drivers out of Woodbridge, NJ. You will operate between the other FedEx terminals. Drop and Hook. Never touch the freight. Payment every week. If you don't have doubles experience please do not apply. Duties

• Safely operate tractor-trailer to transport goods and materials to designated locations
• Follow all traffic laws and regulations while driving
• Drop and Hook FedEx trailers using appropriate equipment
• Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues and perform basic maintenance tasks, such as checking tire pressure and oil levels
• Plan and follow designated routes to ensure timely delivery of goods
• Communicate with dispatchers and customers to coordinate delivery schedules and address any issues that may arise
• Complete necessary paperwork, such as delivery logs and inspection reports
• Ability to operate vehicles with manual transmissions (preferred) Please do not apply unless you meet ALL the requirements:

• Must have 2 YEAR

DRIVING EXPERIENCE

within the last three years or must have 5 years experience within the last 10 years.

• Must be 21 years or older
• Clean driving record for the last 3 years
• No DUI's, cell phone tickets, reckless driving tickets, suspended licenses
• No accidents (Parking tickets are ok)
• Clean background/criminal record, no felonies or no misdemeanors. We will run a FULL background investigation
• Must pass physical and drug test
• Legal status to work in the USA
• Must have conversational English
• Must be punctual, energetic and reliable
• Must be able to pass a road test including DOT pre & post-trip routine
