In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating box trucks to deliver goods efficiently across designated routes. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will ensure timely deliveries, excellent customer service, and adherence to all safety regulations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be a vital part of our logistics operations, supporting the movement of freight with professionalism and energy. Responsibilities Safely operate dry van with manual transmissions, ensuring compliance with traffic laws and company policies Load and unload freight using appropriate equipment using pallet jack Deliver goods to various locations along assigned routes, managing route driving with precision and punctuality Inspect vehicles daily for maintenance needs, ensuring the truck is in optimal condition for each trip Maintain accurate delivery documentation, including delivery logs, route sheets, and incident reports Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers to coordinate deliveries and resolve any issues promptly Assist with securing refrigerated trailers, flatbeds, tankers or other specialized equipment as needed for specific freight types Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience driving commercial vehicles preferred Experience in driving 53 ft dry van required Experience with picking up containers at port preferred Ability to operate manual transmission trucks confidently and safely Experience with load & unload procedures using palletjack or other equipment required for freight handling Strong knowledge of route driving best practices Join us as a Box Truck Driver and become an essential part of our logistics team!
