Commercial Drivers License Driver

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dependable Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Driver to join our dynamic transportation team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating various types of trucks and heavy equipment to deliver goods efficiently and reliably. Your expertise in commercial driving, vehicle maintenance, and load handling will ensure timely deliveries while maintaining the highest safety standards. Duties Safely operate a variety of trucks including front loader, rear loader, roll-off, dump trucks, flatbeds, and tractor-trailers with manual transmissions. Load and unload materials using mechanical knowledge of equipment such as front loader trucks and dump trucks. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with regulations. Drive long distances or local routes to deliver goods to designated locations while adhering to all traffic laws and safety protocols. Assist with heavy lifting tasks during loading and unloading processes to ensure efficient handling of cargo. Maintain accurate delivery logs, route documentation, and vehicle inspection reports. Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members to coordinate deliveries and resolve issues promptly. Experience Proven experience as a commercial driver with a valid CDL license. Familiarity with operating heavy-duty trucks such as front loaders, rear loaders, roll-offs, dump trucks, flatbeds, and tractor-trailers. Strong mechanical knowledge related to truck maintenance and troubleshooting. Delivery driver experience in logistics or construction environments preferred. Demonstrated ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during loading/unloading operations. Experience driving manual transmission vehicles is highly desirable.
