Mobile Detailing Technician (Paid Training + Performance Pay)

Position Overview Kelvin Details is looking for a motivated and reliable Mobile Detailing Technician to join our growing team. This is a hands-on position focused on delivering high-quality detailing services while building skills and growing within the company. No experience is required — we provide paid training. However, a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn are mandatory. What You'll Do Perform interior and exterior detailing services to company standards Complete maintenance details and recurring client services Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools and workspace Communicate professionally with customers Follow company systems and procedures Recommend additional services when appropriate What We're Looking For Strong work ethic and reliability (show up on time, ready to work) Attention to detail Positive attitude and coachable mindset Comfortable with physical, hands-on work Ability to work in outdoor environments Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Compensation & Training Structure Training Period (First 2 Weeks): 20
