Overview Partner with us: OTR Owner-Operator Driver Teams, Climate-Controlled, High-Value Transportation - VIP Transport (Nevada) Drive for one of the most specialized carriers in the country. VIP Transport is a highly specialized carrier providing climate-controlled, high-value logistics services for businesses, museums, and organizations nationwide. We move the things that can't be replaced, and we're looking for dependable owner-operator teams to run with us. What We're Looking For We want professional driver teams who treat every shipment like it's irreplaceable, safely handling and delivering on-time. The ideal team runs nationally, holds a strong safety record, and brings the kind of attention to detail this work demands. Experience handling fine art, high-value products, specialized electronics, and sensitive equipment is a strong plus. Requirements Operate as your own business (Independent Owner-Operator) Own your own tractor Minimum 2 years of verifiable driving experience Clean, dependable safety record Strong attention to detail and professionalism on every load Willingness to run over-the-road, nationally Background checked Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with DOT standards Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, delivery records, and vehicle maintenance reports in compliance with federal regulations White Glove Service Passport a plus What You'll Earn Percentage-based compensation with annual team earning potential of $350,000-$450,000 .
