Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Route Sales Driver with a Class A CDL to join our team. This role is responsible for delivering dairy products to customers, merchandising products on store shelves, handling customer transactions, and maintaining excellent service standards. Key Responsibilities Deliver dairy products to customers in a timely, accurate, and courteous manner Load and unload cases of product at customer locations Merchandise and rotate products on store shelves Collect empty cases Collect payments, record transactions on handheld devices, and provide customer receipts Submit daily paperwork and deposits (invoices, load orders, handheld reports) Address and resolve customer concerns professionally Ensure load security before travel and at each stop Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and all safety procedures Job Requirements Current Class A CDL required - No Restrictions - Must be able to drive manual At least 2 years experience CDL driving High School Diploma or equivalent preferred Previous food and beverage or route delivery experience preferred Clean DMV 3 years driving record print out required Ability to lift and/or move up to six cases on a hand truck (cases weigh 20-55 lbs ) Ability to stand, walk, kneel, bend, lift, and climb in and out of the truck for most of the shift Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying conditions (34°F-120°F) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong verbal and written communication skills Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime, weekends, and holidays Team-oriented mindset Schedule Start times range from 12:00 AM (midnight) to 4:00 AM , depending on route Benefits Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Union Pension Vacation after one year of service Equal Opportunity Employer Anderson Dairy Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
