The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely operating various types of commercial vehicles, including tractor-trailers, flatbeds, refrigerated trailers, tankers, and dump trucks. This role requires a strong focus on safety, route efficiency, and timely deliveries. Candidates with experience in freight delivery, load and unload procedures, and route driving are encouraged to apply. A valid commercial driver's license (CDL) and familiarity with manual transmission are essential. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to advance their driving career within a dynamic logistics environment. Duties Safely operate a variety of trucks including tractor-trailers, flatbeds, refrigerated trailers, tankers, and roll-off trucks Load and unload freight efficiently while adhering to safety protocols Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with regulations Follow designated routes to ensure timely deliveries and pickups Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation Assist with securing cargo using appropriate equipment such as forklifts when necessary Comply with all federal, state, and company safety standards during operations Communicate effectively with dispatchers regarding delivery schedules or any issues encountered on routes Experience Proven experience in truck driving, including route driving and freight delivery Experience operating manual transmission vehicles preferred Prior work with refrigerated trailers, flatbeds, tankers, dump trucks, or roll-off trucks is advantageous Delivery driver experience involving load & unload procedures highly desirable Familiarity with forklift operation is a plus but not required Demonstrated knowledge of commercial driving regulations and safety standards Valid CDL license required; specific endorsements for tanker or flatbed may be preferred This role is ideal for drivers committed to safety, punctuality, and delivering exceptional service. Candidates should possess a strong work ethic and the ability to handle physically demanding tasks associated with freight transportation.

$25.27 - $30.44 per hour
