Full Job Description Description:

Driver Job Summary As a Driver, you will be responsible for transporting materials, products, and equipment between our facilities, suppliers, and customers in a timely and safe manner.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Safely operate and maintain company vehicles, including trucks and vans. Transport materials, products, and equipment to and from specified locations. Follow all traffic laws, regulations, and company policies to ensure safe and efficient transportation. Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to identify any maintenance issues and ensure compliance with safety standards. Ensure proper handling and securing of cargo. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including mileage, fuel consumption, and delivery times. Communicate effectively with dispatchers, supervisors, and customers to coordinate delivery schedules and address any issues or concerns. Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding vehicle maintenance, safety, and reporting. Other duties assigned by management

Requirements:

Required Skills/Abilities:

Strong attention to detail and a focus on safety. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Education and Experience:

Valid Class C driver's license with a clean driving record. Minimum of 2 years experience as a delivery driver, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment. High school diploma or equivalent. Physical Requirements Prolonged periods of sitting and driving Must be able to lift up to 75lbs at times
