Local Roll Off Driver

Job Summary We are a Small locally owned Company seeking a reliable and skilled Roll Off Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely operating Roll Off trucks, to transport waste and materials to designated locations. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, excellent driving skills. Duties Safely operate roll-off trucks, and other commercial vehicles to transport waste materials. Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in safe working condition. Load and unload containers and materials, ensuring proper handling techniques are used. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, pickups, and any incidents that occur during transport. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding routes, schedules, and any issues encountered. Adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations regarding transportation and waste management. Provide excellent customer service while interacting with clients during pickups and deliveries. Qualifications Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record. Experience driving Roll Off trucks is preferred. Mechanical knowledge of truck operations is a plus. Previous experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role is advantageous. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols. Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
