MUST HAVE CDL CLASS A & B

Job Summary G. DeVincentis & Son Construction Co., Inc. is a family-owned heavy/highway/utility contractor based in Binghamton, NY, specializing in water, sewer, road, and concrete construction across NY/PA. We operate one of the largest construction fleets in the area and are hiring experienced CDL drivers for our Teamster-classified driver positions, with wages paid in accordance with New York State prevailing wage rates. This is steady seasonal work with a long-established contractor that takes care of its people. Most of our drivers stay with us for years. What You'll Be Doing You'll primarily be running dump trucks — we operate a deep fleet of single-axle, tandem, and tri-axle dumps (Mack, Kenworth, Western Star, and others) hauling material to and from our active jobsites. Depending on the day and your experience, you may also operate: Water trucks for dust control and compaction Tractor-trailer hauling our equipment on Talbert lowboys Roll-back trucks for moving smaller equipment between jobs Flatbed work as needed You'll also support the crew on-site — fueling equipment, moving materials, and helping the job stay on schedule. Requirements Valid CDL Class A AND Class B license —

REQUIRED

Clean driving record (MVR will be reviewed) Ability to pass pre-employment and ongoing DOT-mandated drug and alcohol testing Prior experience driving on heavy and highway construction sites strongly preferred Comfortable operating dump trucks (singles, tandems, and tri-axles) Comfortable with manual transmissions Tractor-trailer / lowboy experience a plus Reliable, safety-focused, and able to work as part of a team Willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions Authorized to work in the United States What We Offer Steady work throughout the construction season One of the largest, best-maintained fleets in NY/PA Family-owned company with a long-tenured workforce A team that takes care of its people Schedule Monday through Friday, daytime hours.
