NYC Salary:
$30 to $33 hourly Seeking individual to take on multiple roles as Driver, Warehouse Associate, and Set Up for a team specializing in staging high-end furniture for luxury apartments and homes throughout New York City. This hands-on role combines warehouse operations, furniture delivery, staging, and project support.
Responsibilities:
Load, transport, deliver, and stage high-end furniture and décor for residential projects throughout NYC. Assist with warehouse organization, inventory staging, furniture preparation, and project setup. Participate in furniture installation, breakdown, and removal of completed staging projects. Maintain a clean, organized warehouse and support daily operations between staging assignments.
Qualifications:
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required (CDL not required). Prior experience in furniture delivery, event setup, wedding/event operations, floral installations, warehouse logistics, or similar hands-on environments. Ability to lift and move furniture and work long, active days when required. Comfortable working in NYC and traveling several days per week to project sites.
Schedule:
Typical day begins at 5:45 AM in Highland, NY. NYC staging projects generally occur 2-3 times per week. Return times are typically around 7:00 PM on city project days. Warehouse work performed on non-project days to prepare for upcoming installations.
