Tractor Driver / Hayride Operator (Weekend Seasonal)

The Role:

Are you an experienced equipment operator, active retiree, farmer, or tradesperson looking for a lucrative, active weekend side-hustle? We are looking for responsible, experienced adults (Ages 18+) to join our Attractions team as Tractor Hayride Drivers for our 2026 season. You will be at the wheel of one of our most popular farm attractions! Our greatest need for this role is during our busy fall festival weekends (September and October). If you know your way around a tractor, prioritize safety, and love creating fun experiences for families, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do:

Safely Operate Equipment:

Drive our farm tractors pulling passenger hayride wagons through the farm and orchard routes.

Prioritize Safety:

Conduct daily pre-ride safety inspections of the tractor and wagon, and ensure all guests remain safely seated while the ride is in motion.

Guest Interaction:

Greet guests with a smile, answer basic questions about the farm, and provide a fun, welcoming atmosphere. Manage the

Flow:

Work with the Attractions Crew to manage the loading/unloading process and keep the hayride line moving smoothly. ✨

Highly Competitive Pay:

Starting at $19.00 - $22.00+/hr based on your experience. The "Weekend Warrior"

What We're Looking For:

Experience:

Previous experience driving and operating tractors or similar heavy equipment is required .

Requirements:

Must be 18 years of age or older and hold a valid driver's license or tractor safety certification. (

Note:

We also have Junior Driver roles available for experienced 16-17 year olds at a different pay scale).

Attitude:

A commitment to safety and a positive, friendly demeanor.

Availability:

Our busiest time is the fall (September and October). Weekend availability during these months is essential.
